Today I have been hit over the head with the message that I need to get up and do something.  Big things are in the works.

Here is a little of what I have been listening to and reading today.

First of Seth has great advice and a useful and successful way of approaching everyday.  Today he talked about not rehearsing to make everything perfect but enough to make it good and to learn from our mistakes.

Rehearsing is for cowards

Next I read about a photography giant that has learned over 25 years with his editors and art directors watching his every step and picture he takes.  He even fell off the stage at his last presentation in front of hundreds of people!

Kelby Tours, Hartford: Elex and Bleu

Lastly, while driving to work and listening to Zig Ziglar’s “Better than Good” tape again I caught something new this time.  He mentioned that “failure is an event, NOT a person”.

That was a very clear message this morning.

Monday I will be in Golden attending and volunteering at a lighting seminar with another industry big shot, David Zizer
