C.S. Lewis is a giant

I was listening to God in the Dock by C.S. Lewis and there were some great points and great logic in there but I couldn’t remember it for more than 10 seconds. It is a great book that I would like to pick up again some day and hopefully I will be able to grasp more of it. I made it though about half of the book.

Next I picked up Joy at Work which has been a great book so far and I will likely finish it this week. The book is all about decentralizing the decision making processes in a company and making every person in the company an owner of what they do and giving them the power to be great. They want most of all for work to be fun. An amazing fact that I heard was that people retain 5% of what they hear but upwards of 95% of what they teach others. Wow. There is something to be said about sharing what you know and asking for advice.

On another note the video that I submitted to Dave Ramsey to win a trip to EntreLEadership in Cancun! Right now I am at 386 votes and the leader is at more than 2000 votes. I still have a long way to go so help me out by voting everyday.
